This kit allows use of your 1964 factory installed console shifter with a newer 3-speed turbo transmission. This kit eliminates the rod linkage and replaces it with a cable. The conversion includes a new laser cut and hardened detent for proper stops and gear selection, a new matching transmission shifter lever, all necessary hardware, and instructions are included.
